Green Bean Dish, Taze Fasulye Yemeği

Here’s my green bean dish for people who want to eat vegetarian, healthy, and tasty.
Serve the green bean dish with white rice or bulgur rice.
Ingredients
- 400 g green beans (frozen or fresh)
- 1 onion
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Instructions
- Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Peel the edges of the green beans with a potato peeler. Cut the green beans into two or three pieces.
- Chop the onion.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onions in it.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and green beans as well.
- Add 100 ml of hot water, salt, and pepper.
- Turn the heat low and cook everything for 45 minutes with the lid on. Stir the dish occasionally while cooking. Add water if necessary.
- Serve the green bean dish with white rice or bulgur rice.
Notes
You can cook this green bean dish in a pressure cooker in 15 minutes. Add potatoes to the dish too. You can also cook green beans in the same way. After cooking, let the dish rest for an hour. It becomes even tastier then.
